WOW Internet - DNS Server Hacked?

In the Detroit area, Wide Open West DNS servers are redirecting invalid domain addresses to ww5.seek-aid.com instead of providing the appropriate error message per internet standards.

WOW! technical support refuses to acknowledge the problem and keep telling me the problem must be on my computer. It's not my computer...I can change my DNS server to a third party DNS server and the problem disappears.

Oh well, time to shop for another ISP...
